The most common element of society today is being part of nuclear family. Its mom, dad and a child or maybe a sibling added to the tree. It’s a nice picture over the wall. We can never just restrict ourselves to just these many, can we? The extended family is still a very integral part of our lives. We may not live together in joint families anymore (some do) but come any occasion happy or sad…… and the people who matter are there when you need them. Maternal grandparents, paternal grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, and nieces ….and the people on this list are your very own.
Everyone has a story to tell how and where our family has rooted, like us to be able to fully understand any single detail on our family history. Apparently questions that starts with how, when, where, why and who are just common in digging such family history. This is our way of bringing our ancestors to life and celebrate them as real people they were. To make a little more interesting and tech- savvy at the family level this website has been urged to realize such important history.

Basically Alsabagh family came from a rich nourished land of Syria which happens to be  dispersed forcibly and willingly to save their lives as war and chaos threatens the lives  of people, to note such they have experienced inequalities, oppression and injustice, driven by these, our forefathers have decided to leave the country holding a dream of a peaceful and productive life far away in a place where future is uncertain, little did we know that our grandparents, have struggled so much to make a living for their families, while busy earning for the family in a  foreign land they seemed to lose contact of important people in their lives and contain themselves of who and what they have. They thought who else would comfort them, served as shield during hard times no one but only them, only the families and loved ones they have, whenever and wherever they were.

Through this project together with the rest of the family I believe deep in your hearts you would also like to be reunited with all its members to start anew and build our family tree. Bringing us back together as one lets reconnect the bridge that has long been gone. Alsabagh family is a peace loving individuals.
